Location and directions

Our Frankfurt practice is located on the ground floor at Europa-Allee 79. The best way to reach us is by public transportation. Please use the Stephenson Straße stop on line 42.

Our practice in Neu-Isenburg

Our practice in Neu-Isenburg is located at Hermannstraße 54-56, 3rd floor. If you arrive by car, public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. If you prefer to use public transportation, please use the Neu-Isenburg Rathenau-/Frankfurter Straße bus stop. (Bus 53).

Patient-friendly waiting times

Through careful scheduling and good organizational management, we keep waiting times for our patients as short as possible. However, appointments may be postponed slightly, for example, due to emergencies. We ask for your understanding. To make your wait time pass as quickly as possible, our waiting room offers comfortable seating, fresh water, and a waiting room TV.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you also treat private patients and self-payers?

Yes – we treat both statutory and private patients equally. Self-payers receive transparent price lists.

Are there emergency consultation hours?

We prioritize acute complaints daily. Please call early in the morning. Outside of opening hours, please contact the on-call medical service (116 117).

Which languages do you speak?

German, English and Russian – including medical terms.

Can I request prescriptions online?

Yes – by email (praxis.dagaeva@gmail.com) or through our patient account system. Processing time: 1 business day.
